Jeremy is a Venture Partner at Loyal, where he serves as lead partner for 10+ portfolio companies and is a member of the fund's investment committee. He also developed and leads the Loyal Growth Workshops initiative. Outside of Loyal, Jeremy is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of Washington Information School, where his courses span UX, information architecture, and software development. Additionally, he has 20+ years of experience as a startup founder, and served as Managing Director of the Founder Institute Seattle program for five cohorts.
This workshop will be focused on strategies that founders can use to support and improve their mental health during the ups and downs of building a startup. We will also discuss tools and coping mechanisms to manage high stress situations and maintaining a healthy work/life balance as a founder. This panel will be moderated by Loyal Venture Partner, Jeremy Zaretzky, with portfolio company founders Colleen Hilton, Torrey Smith, and Daan Weddepohl as speakers.
