Beyond Equity operates a revenues exchange (think stock exchange for revenues), where companies can IPO a share of their future revenues to raise funds. We are introducing a new form financing, called Shared Growth Financing (SGF), which is a method for companies to raise growth capital by selling a part of their future revenues to investors, indefinitely (same way as equity is sold indefinitely, unless it is repurchased by the company).
