We have a 53-bus pilot in Lithuania, a BSP application live with Litgrid, and a €2M pre-seed in SAFEs in progress. Four areas where sharp advisors move the needle: 1. GTM: pricing, partnerships, defensibility. We need to sharpen pricing and decide which partnership structures create distribution without creating lock-in or disintermediation risk. Target outcome: 3-5 signed commercial contracts before Seed. 2. Introductions to fleet operators: Our ICP is bus, truck, and van depot operators with 50–200 vehicles across Europe. Warm introductions to fleet directors, heads of energy, or sustainability leads compress a 6-month procurement cycle to weeks. 3. Fundraising: Raising a €2M SAFE, anchored by existing angels. Looking for introductions to European climatetech and mobility pre-seed investors, and advice on round sequencing into Seed. 4. Hiring: 2 critical hires in the next 6 months. 1 Full-stack or energy-systems engineer helping with depot-level integration and ensuring software reliability when meeting real-world constraints; 1 Energy markets expert In Netherlands/Baltics/Germany/Denmark, with hands-on BSP or aggregator experience for TSO ancillary markets (aFRR) and Local Flexibility Markets like Gopacs in the Netherlands
