What is it?
Kiitos is a social software talent company that recruits, trains and connects talent from unprivileged parts of the world to work with top technology companies in Europe. We operate out of Amsterdam and have grown to 30 people in just 15 months. Our team designs and deploys training programs in coordination with leading tech companies to capture/train talent around the globe to work for these partner companies. Furthermore, we not only build and train talent in software development but also have our own venture builder to build and deploy tech in underprivileged regions of the world.
